New tan soft cowhide  leather band with rhinestone and feather slider.  Band ties in back to adjust to different hat sizes. The front feather grouping can be removed along with the large feather.  The black ostrich feathers are removable as well.This is a band is 22.5" long and 1.5 " wide.
