A bit of layering.  Started with pink ribbon and added white with silver leather.    The center is a pearl and rhinestone pin and  added feather grouping to finish it off.  Slider is removabale.  The pink and white ostrich feathers are removable.  Band ties in back to adjust to different hat sizes.
