Large feathers string rhinestone and glitter added to make a statement that you can add to your hat band.  I make these where they are removable from the band. 
Main picture shows larger rhinestone with black background - others are the silver smaller rhinestone string.
 
Pictures show black and pink feathers with the rhinestones.  Rhinestones can be added to other colored rhinestones.
Some of the feathers are glittered to enhance the overall look of the band.
