Band made with black lace and beautiful purple, turq and gold embroidered trim with added multi colored rhinestone to the band and a woven slider with rhinestones and feathers.  Band is adjustable to fit different size hats.  The opening is behind the rhinestone feather slider.  Picture is on a Charlie One Horse size S felt.   This is definitely a statement  piece.
