A bit of layering.  Started with soft block textured calf skin added zebra print ribbon and then a small piece of red/black tooled leather to finish it off.  The slider has large rhinestone and smaller ones around to enhance the feather ensomble of black, white and dark red feathers.   Added a Ace of Club card with red rhinestone which is also removable.  Band ties in back to adjust to different hat sizes.
